Return & Refund Policy
- Cartons (Ready/Build-a-Carton): All sales final.
- The Shop items: Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 7 days (unused, original packaging). Sale items: 3 days, exchange only, we do not accept returns on discounted items. Earrings, necklaces & soft toys are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Damages: Please be advised that any damaged or broken items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
A 25 AED return fee applies. Returns not meeting standards may be refused. If your carton arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
