Where does Inna Carton deliver?
We ship to the moon and back, international shipping worldwide via DHL express. 

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
All UAE orders take up to 2 working days to process including delivery.

For Dubai, you have the option for same day delivery (except for Sundays) for all orders placed before 5pm, or next working day delivery (for orders placed before 3pm), 2 working days (for orders placed after 3pm).

For the rest of the UAE, next working day delivery (except for Sundays) for all orders placed before 3pm, after 3pm allow 2 working days delivery.

On the rare occasion there is a delay from our end, we’ll let you know immediately to make a better alternative arrangement.

GCC countries (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) take up to 3 working days to deliver. The rest of the world take up to 5 working days. 

When international orders reach their destination countries, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. 

Can I collect my order directly from Inna Carton?
All orders made via our website will only be shipped via our courier. However, if you’re in a jam and need to have it by today (we’ve been there too), call us and well try our best to put it together for you. This means a higher delivery cost (or picked up by you).

What if you need your Inna Carton to be delivered on a specific date?
Sending it for a special occasion? Birthday, Anniversary, etc. If that's the case, please leave a note at check out and let us know your preferred delivery day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and we'll do our best to make it happen ☺

How do I know if my order has been delivered?
We know you are anxious to receive your gift (we'd be too)! We’ll be sure to send you an email upon arrival!

Special Gift! Is there any receipt shown in the box?
Inna Carton will never include receipts, we will be sure to keep your secret and privacy!

Returns & Exchanges
When purchasing a ready carton or building your own carton, all orders are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. We take great pride in ensuring your gift is delivered in the best condition possible. We only offer returns on items purchased through ""The Shop"" within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their packaging and in great condition. All returns will be subjected to a 25 AED return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our standard. If you are not happy with the way your Inna Carton reached, please let us know and we will help you right away.

I have multiple orders, what should I do?
You can shop for as many cartons as you would like, however at the time of checkout, we can only have them delivered to one address. If you need them to be delivered to different addresses we recommend to place each orders separately.

I LOVE your selection of cartons but can’t decide. HELP!
Absolutely! You can either shop from our ready cartons or build your own carton. if you still can’t decide please email us at hello@innacarton.com. We want them to love their gift and we will do anything possible to make that happen.

What are the options for Gift Cartons?
You can either choose from our Ready cartons or build your own gift carton depending on your budget and occasion. Our gifts are packaged in our signature Inna Carton boxes. We offer two box sizes; Mini and Regular. Your order will be packed to perfection based on the items selected. Every carton includes a grosgrain ribbon, matching sticker, Insert, your curation and of course your choice of our greeting card.
