Inna Carton FAQ
Delivery
- Where do you deliver? Worldwide via DHL Express.

How long does delivery take?
- Dubai: Same-day (before 5 PM, except Sundays); Next working day (before 3 PM); 2 working days (after 3 PM).
- Rest of UAE: Next working day (before 3 PM, except Sundays); 2 working days (after 3 PM); Same-day can be arranged at an extra fee depending on time of order.
- GCC: Up to 3 working days (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman).
- Worldwide: Up to 5 working days.
If there’s ever a delay from our side, we’ll notify you immediately.
- Customs & taxes: International orders may be subject to duties/taxes. Customs clearance may cause delays.
- Can I collect my order? Orders are shipped by courier. For urgent needs, call us — we may arrange same-day prep (extra fee or self-pickup).
- Can I choose a specific delivery date? Yes, leave a note at checkout (excluding Sundays & holidays).
- How do I know my order is delivered? You’ll receive an email confirmation.
Gifting
- Will there be a receipt in the box? No, we never include receipts.
- What carton options are available? Ready Cartons or Build-a-Carton. Both come in signature Inna Carton packaging (Mini or Regular box, ribbon, sticker, insert, greeting card).
- Can I customize a carton? Yes, use Build-a-Carton or email us for personalization.
- Can I buy items without a gift box? Yes, from The Shop.
- Difference between The Shop and Cartons? Cartons are packaged gifts; The Shop is for standalone items.
- Do you handle corporate gifts? Yes, we create tailored gift sets. Contact: hello@innacarton.com.
Returns & Exchanges
- Cartons (Ready/Build-a-Carton): All sales final.
- The Shop items: Returns accepted within 7 days (unused, original packaging). Sale items: 3 days. Earrings & necklaces: non-returnable.
- Other notes: A 25 AED return fee applies. Returns not meeting standards may be refused. If your carton arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
Orders
- Multiple addresses: One checkout = one address. For multiple, place separate orders.
- Can I cancel my order? All sales are final.
